Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
